• The promoter is KINGS BEACH SURF CLUB
• Persons under the age of 18 years, employees of this venue or associated agencies and printers are not eligible to enter.
• Promotion Start time and date: Wednesday 1^st November 2023 at 10am
• Promotion End time and date: Saturday 16^TH December 2023 at 3pm
• Major Promotion Draw time and date: Saturday 16^th December 2023 commencing at 3:00pm
• Major Prize list:
  • Major Prize Pool – $5000.00
    • Prizes are available to be won
      • Draw 1 – $500 @ 3pm
      • Draw 2 – $1500 @ 3:45pm
      • Draw 3 – $3000 @ 4:30pm
    • Major Prize draws: Participating venue will conduct an in-house draw at the nominated times above.
      • There is a total of 3 Draws
      • Electronic draws will be conducted using the Max E Draw system
      • Each drawn winner if present will be called to collect their prize. This prize is final.
      • All draws are completed once all 3 draws are claimed.
    • Entry conditions
      • Electronic Entry tickets will be automatically generated using your members card following the below conditions
        • For every $5 gaming turnover when your members card is inserted an electronic entry will be generated using the patrons card details and placed in the draw.
        • Food & Beverage – For every $5 spend at any bar or food outlet to gain one entry into the promotion. One entry generated per transaction.
        • Entries must be validated at the major draw date at least one (1) hour before the set draw time. If entries aren’t validated, they are ineligible to win.
      • Electronic Ticket quantity can be checked at the member’s kiosk or any gaming machine vector unit.
    • Management reserve the right to change draw times at any time without giving prior notification.
    • Management reserve the right to change entry conditions at anytime without giving prior notification.
    • Patrons are required to be validate all entries from 1pm on the day of any weekly draw and the major draw date at the club to be eligible to win. This can be done by swiping their membership card at the member’s kiosk. Validating entries is a requirement and responsibility of the patron.
    • The winner’s name and member number will be announced in the club’s main bar area during the draw times.
    • Winner must be present within club at the time of the main draws to claim their prize. Winner has two (2) minutes to present themselves to staff to claim the prize. Failure to present themselves to staff will result in a redraw until a winner if found.
    • Management/Staff at the Venue reserve the right to withdraw any prize, voucher/offer if they deem that there is reasonable ground to do so. This may include printing or design errors or if a prize, voucher/offer has been tampered with.
    • Winners may be required to produce suitable ID to prove their identity.
    • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries become the property of the promoter. Entry forms may, at the promoter’s decision, be declared void if illegible, tampered with or incomplete in any manner.
    • Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
