Course 1 Served with Stone and Wood Green Coast Lager – Lightly Smoked Roast Mushroom Tart with Whipped Truffled Feta, Leek and Basil.
Course 2 Served with Stone and Wood Pacific Ale – Ceviche of Prawn and Moreton Bay Lobster, Avocado, Spicy Cucumber and Tomato with Chimichurri.
Course 3 Served with Stone and Wood Cloudy Pale Ale – Crispy Roast Duck Breast, Parsnip Cream, Caramelised Pear Smokey Bacon and Rosemary Jus.
Course 4 Served with Stone and Wood 2024 Limited Edition Stone Beer – Venison Pot Pie Braised in Stone Beer, Truffled Mash and Thyme Pepper Jus.
Course 5 Served with Stone and Wood 11.9% Barrel Aged Stone Beer – Dark Chocolate and Medjool Date Fondant, Spiced Tonka Bean Mousse, Charred Pineapple and a Whiskey Glaze.
